Elsa Tannous
Fondatrice de DigiWomen
Founder of DigiWomen, Elsa Tannous is a consultant in human resources and technology, and is actively dedicated to advancing women in the information technology sector. She is also involved in organizations such as the RFAQ, the Microcrédit de Montréal and the Chambre de commerce de Laval. She advocates for greater gender equality and a strong digital entrepreneurship among women. Convinced that equitable access to technological opportunities is a powerful lever for economic empowerment, she designs innovative programs to train, raise awareness among and support girls and women toward careers in technology, while fostering the retention of female talent in the field.

Auréanne leads automation and technology process improvement projects. Co-founder of the “À vos crayons” project and active in events such as MTL Connecte, she embodies an engaged leadership at the crossroads of technology, education and entrepreneurship.

Laura Morganti

HEC Montréal
Laura has contributed to digital transformation projects at EY. Curious and rigorous, she puts data analysis to work for concrete solutions. She hopes to inspire other young women to explore careers in tech.

Marina Arce de Rojas

Marina specializes in marketing and IT. A research assistant at Tech3Lab, she is interested in innovation centred on user experience. Her commitment aims to make research and technology more accessible to young women.

Asma Ghali

Asma has in-depth expertise in IT management, technology infrastructure and governance. PMP and ITIL certified, and trained at Harvard Business School, she puts her experience to work for an inclusive and strategic tech.
