Biography

Me Elodie Meyer is a lawyer practising business law and technology law. A graduate in law from the Université de Montréal and in cybersecurity from Polytechnique, she holds rare expertise at the intersection of law and emerging technologies. She co-founded a start-up offering professional cybersecurity services, where she served as Vice-President, Legal Affairs, before founding her own firm specializing in emerging technologies, cybersecurity and data protection. She then co-founded Ceiba Avocats, with a practice focused on the legal risks associated with emerging technologies. Her multidisciplinary approach combines an in-depth understanding of the legal framework with the ability to integrate these concepts into operational strategies. She supports her clients in risk management and contractual frameworks, and safeguards the long-term viability of their technological innovations in a constantly evolving legislative environment. Recognized for her sharp analytical skills, she translates complex legal concepts into concrete, tangible actions.
