Nadine Abou-Khalil

Biography

Nadine Abou-Khalil is a planning, programming and research officer at Santé Québec Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal – Universitaire. Under 30, she leads the strategy to sustain the digital transformation of the Mental Health, Addiction and Homelessness Programs Directorate (DPSMDI). Her drive to learn and contribute has taken her through project and operations management, mental health intervention and research. From that path she draws her ability to ask the questions that move things forward and bring out everyone's expertise. For her, real impact is never created alone.
